國立臺灣大學112學年度新生限定版上衣樣式暨Logo徵件辦法 2023 First-years’ Limited Edition Upper Clothing Logo Design Application Guideline

壹、宗旨 Purpose

校方為給予112學年度新生一份美好的祝福，特廣徵上衣樣式暨Logo作品，用以製作新生限定版上衣並於開學典禮展現，期望藉由在校生針對上衣樣式配合Logo設計出完整作品，成品將充分展現臺大意象及風貌，並兼具美感及創新視覺效果。

 

The school is preparing a welcoming gift to this year’s first-year students. In addition, we are taking in applications for a logo design. The voted best design will be made into first-years’ limited edition upper clothing and displayed on the opening ceremony. By collecting applications from students, we hope they will bring out how the students see the school in their designs, along with style and novelty.

參、參賽方式及作品規格 Regulations

  • 參加對象及件數：
  • 國立臺灣大學在學學生。
  • 僅接受個人報名。
  • 每位參賽件數至多1件。
  • 截止日期：即日起至112年2月24日(星期五)中午12時。
  • 參賽文件：為因應防疫政策及環保無紙化，本次活動採線上報名交件。報名系統：https://reurl.cc/lZ5AKj
  • 作品說明
      1. 以電腦完稿，不接受手繪形式。
      2. 以AI檔設計上衣樣式暨Logo，解析度高於300dpi。
      3. 創作說明稿(100字以內)。
  • 需上傳之資料
  1. 完稿作品之AI檔/繪圖檔，檔名：112上衣徵件(學號姓名)。
  2. 完稿作品之JPEG檔，檔名：112上衣徵件(學號姓名)。
  3. 個人資料保護法宣告書：參賽者親筆簽章後掃描或拍照上傳，檔名：112上衣徵件(學號姓名)。
  • 前三名作品預計於112年5月上旬公告於課外活動指導組網站，並通知得獎人。
  • 五、報名表件如下附檔。


*補充說明：投稿不限於素色設計。

  1. Format

i. Computer-aided design only. Hand-drawn applications will not be accepted.

ii. Image resolution over 300dpi. AI illustrators are preferred.

iii. A behind-the-design note, no more than 100 words

  1. The final result will be announced early May, 2023 on OSA_activity website. Winners will be respectively notified.
  2. Application forms can be downloaded as following attachment.

 

肆、評選方式 Elimination process

評選方式共四階段：

  • 初選：進行資格及繳交文件完整度審核；初選未符合者，不另行通知。
  • 專家複選：評選小組(設計專家及學生社團代表共4人、課外活動指導組代表1人)進行評選。
  • 網路投票：評選小組選出6件複選作品後，開放本校學生及教職員進行網路投票，以得票數前三高者為決選作品。
  • 行政會議決選：決選作品送行政會議討論並決議首獎作品；餘兩件為優秀作品。

 

The elimination breaks down to four stages:

  1. Stage 1: Submitted files will be checked for their complement. Files that do not meet the regulations will be eliminated without further notice.
  2. Stage 2: Judges made up of design experts, student clubs’ representatives and one division representative will choose six applications for the next stage.
  3. Stage 3: All school faculties and students will vote their favorite design of the six applications. The top three votes will move on to the final stage.
  4. Stage 4: The three finalists will be viewed in the executive council. Two will be awarded excellent designs and the winner will be the logo of 2023 first-year’s limited design upper clothing.

 

 

 

伍、獎項及獎勵辦法 Awards

  • 獎項：
  • 首獎：1名，每名獎金新臺幣10,000元整、獎牌1座、獎狀1幀。
  • 優秀獎：2名，每名獎金新臺幣3,000元整、獎牌1座、獎狀1幀。
  • 參加獎：每件參賽作品將獲贈課外活動指導組精美小禮物1件。(經承辦人確認完成遞件，另以mail通知領取方式，恕不提供郵寄服務)。
  • 獎金需以參賽人為受款人，不得變更，首獎者另須簽屬「著作權轉讓同意書」(附件二)後始可領取獎金。
  • 作品不得侵犯他人著作權，若有違者，追回全數獎金且參賽者須自行負擔法律責任；如遇首獎因故遭取消資格，則報請本校行政會議決議之第二順位作品遞補。
  • 頒獎儀式預定於本校「112學年度開學典禮」辦理，若有更動將另行通知。
  • 首獎作品將使用於本校112學年度新生限定版上衣(或其周邊商品)製作，另首獎者須協助完成上衣整體設計之圖稿繪製。主辦單位擁有上衣款式、圖案位置、整體設計修改之最後權利。

 

  1. Awards
  1. Winning design: One person, with a prize of NT10,000, and a medal
  2. Excellent design: Two people, with a prize of NT3,000, and a medal
  3. Participation: Each application can receive a small gift from OSA_activity. (Prizes will be confirmed after all applications are submitted, and an email will be forwarded afterward with the details.)
  1. The prizes are titled, solely and unchangeable, to the applicant. The final winner will also need to sign an additional “Copyright Transfer Agreement” before receiving the awards.
  2. All applications should not violate copyright. If breached, all prizes will be returned and the applicant shall face the consequence of the law. If the winner is canceled by any means, the two excellent designs will be voted on by the executive council for a replacement.
  3. The award ceremony will take place in the 2023 Opening Ceremony. A change will be otherwise notified.
  4. The winner will be the logo of 2023 first-year’s limited design upper clothing, including further collaborations. The final say to all designs and additional changes remain to the school.
